I think pocket knife is a good idea too. My pops taught me to never be without one and I can't remember a day I haven't had a pocket knife on me on any of the days I can remember in my 41 years.
My pops gave me the first one I ever had and I carried it for probably 20+ years. I still have it, but I don't carry it anymore because I couldn't stand to lose it.

Don't go to a fricking football game. I went to a Saints game probably 15 years ago and got to the ticket stand and had to throw a knife away to get in. I was honestly shocked that there were 50,000 or so people in a building and no one has a pocket knife.
