I’d post he’s inexperienced but I’d reserve until he names Coordinators and the staff.
If he gets a top notch staff that can recruit, it can hide inexperience at HC.

Preemptively negative is the way to go. Come out strong against the hire, securing your place as being right if things go south. If he's a success, you have two easy outs:

We all know Woodward's hiring history. If he hires a G5 coach that's never been a P5 head coach, it's safe to say that good amount of coaches declined the job.
