Have one ready to go but cant think of a good way to cook it. Any ideas?

do a search, think this came up a few weeks back. I do salt, pepper, grill. The most important thing is how you cut it. Cut 45 degree angle across the grain. Makes the fibers smaller and this seem more tender.

Slot of people will wrap the meat in foil and catch the drippings to make an au jus type sauce.

I'm going to do one today. As above the way you cut it is critical. I cook medium rare then slice thin. My mom has cooked these all my life and I love em. Serve with the crash hot potatos.
