Things were stolen, and it's not outrageous to assume that someone with a history of stealing shite, and who was caught many times on your property where you think your things were stolen, was the person behind said stolen items.

Did the defendants know of Arbery’s prior history with the law?
And caught on camera going through a house under construction is not unusual. Five times? Maybe that’s odd, but are there really five tapes CLEARLY showing him in the house?
Exactly what was stolen from the house? Fishing gear? Abd when was that? Before or after Arbery was seen on tape?

BamaGradinTn's argument was that because the OPs article said that Mr English didn't think Arbery had stolen anything from the property that that meant he 100% did not.

I was pointing out to BamaGradinTn, that from our own outside perspective, it's not outlandish to come to the conclusion that Arbery was a thief and he was casing the house.

With respect to what the McMichaels knew about Arbery and Mr English's property... There's a reason why Mr English instantly lawyered up once Arbery was shot and has done his best to distance himself from this case. I'd wait until emails, text messages, and alleged phone conversations come up in the court room before I'd start to make up my mind about what they knew prior/during.
