ETA: interesting… the wallet I posted about last page with 428M XDOGE has been transferring out (to a number of different addresses) and is down to 16M.. all since I made that post.
Not sure what to make of that… more staking maybe?

Yep. They are launching the platform soon too. A bunch of huge events upcoming. The founder is holding the reigns back as much as he can so the platform can launch first.

Here is the Text Summary of the AMA:
We are going to be doing a contract migration very soon to much better contract that allows us the option to have following
1) staking
2) ETH rewards (for holders who don't stake)
3) no wallet to wallet tax
4) Easier contract to allow CEX listings
5) Less number of sells for reward generation (currently we see 3 sells)
6) Different Buy/Sell Taxes
In addition, we are going to rebrand our token Name from SCOPE to CREATSTEP to align with the platform name. Makes it easier for promoting them together
So for this to happen, we will need to manually drain the liquidity.. A snapshot date will be announced, on which the holders and their tokens counts will be recorded, after which we will ask all holders to send their tokens to a whitelisted wallet which will be used for draining the LP. Folks who send their tokens by the date we announce are the only ones that will be eligible for the airdrop of tokens from new contract
Once the LP is drained, we will announce the new launch date and couple it with good prelaunch marketing to get us good volume going and get us listed again on CMC and CG.

There are people complaining in Telegram (and rightfully so) that some people will not know to swap their tokens and will miss out on the air drop.
Maybe they change their mind about how to do the token swap. I gather that they don't have the $ to outright buyout the current liquidity and that's why they are doing it this way.

Maybe, it could turn into a mess real quick. I transferred some of mine over. Right now not many have done it. They need to set aside a specific amount of coins for out after the date. This could be messy.
