Correct.

This year is doomed, so is recruiting. The energy levels will continue to drain. We will not have enough players to compete on the back end of the schedule

The program is 100% rudderless. Its just drifting

The coach isn’t qualified. What does it matter if the interim is?

These frickers just want to keep ed around so they can be angry.

Keeping Ed around is a worse decision than hiring him.

Then why get rid of Ed right now? Replace an unqualified person with another one?

Look, I’m with you on not wanting Ed there a second longer but who is a qualified interim coach on staff? There isn’t one

at worst for this year maybe, so what? 1 class is no big deal in the grand scheme of things.

having an interim coach would change that how, exactly?

its not really, it's a bad season, the coach has been fired and a new permanent one won't be named for several weeks. At that point the ship will be stabilized.

because he is dead weight. Maybe with him gone and another at the helm, the players will get a spark or something.

its not really,

its in freefall and has been since game one.

LSU was unprepared for UCLA and it showed. That should have been Eds last game.

This is a classic example of how an AD can let a toxic situtation fester and rot.

May people hated Ed and wanted him gone, now are making excuses to keep him around.

You can't make that shite up

We’re not losing to ULM. There are still players and coaches on this team that are fully engaged and eager to make a name for themselves.

So what? Say they canned Ed at LAX and promoted Joseph or whoever to interim, what difference would it have made this season? We beat Auburn maybe not lose as bad to Kentucky or OM Its one year, you gives a frick if its 4-8 or 6-6 Or even 8-4 if you are changing coaches anyway? What is there to salvage? No one will remember or care especially if the next coach does well.

what damage is there beyond 2021 and maybe, maybe the 2022 recruiting class? Whether the team plays hard and loses some close games or phones it in and we get killed the next 4 games has no bearing or impact on where the program goes next year. You are too captive to the moment and lashing out since O was eventually exposed as the bad coach many of us feared.

Nope, but y'all definitely are.

The biggest mistake you can make is fire a guy and let him further destroy the program. Thats exactly what is happening.

Ed probably has dirt on Woody. Ed showing his dominance.

Will end up being the worst record in decades.

Thanks a lot, Ed and his supporters.

Do we thank him and his supporters for the best season in LSU football history and college football history as well though?

He'll be gone soon enough. Relax.
