There's no mandate for the USPS, for tens of millions of Americans on government entitlements, for tens of millions of Americans working for small companies, for the millions flooding across the southern border. The current OSHA enforced COVID19 vaccine mandate is targeted against a select portion of society, I think most understand who the target is.
