In Louisiana it’s assumed all land you do not own or have written permission to be on is posted.
If they are there, they are trespassing. No matter their legal or non legal orange requirements.

Now for liability reasons, it gets hairy. Poacher is injured on your place and files suit. There is no statute for how far apart and high off the ground they should be and the attorneys have run with it before.
