Not officially but Sankey did send out a memo regarding show cause if someone hired him in 2018. That would have to be revisited before anything would happen. But LSU will not touch him with any title IX stuff hanging over their head.

Why did officials from LSU go in for questioning when the Title IX broke? This is REALLY simple. LSU is a State School and the women and several men will be quick to stop any more perception potential issues . They FUND LSU.
