What caused the initial slide? I'm 33, so I'm a little young o have been paying attention. But I feel like someone told me it was the multi million dollar clubhouse that forced them into bankruptcy the first time. Am I off?


Also, it could go with the sweetens cove model don't buy the lodge, clubhouse, second clubhouse or pool. Just buy the golf course and run it on a good maintenance plan, but not a $120 a round maintenance pan. You don't need it to be country club nice. It just needs to be playable.
