Oh so you POS parasites

Us POS parasites were in diapers while you were sucking Chinese cock for cheap goods and finger popping each other’s assholes in some desert shite hole for oil under the guise of “peace keeping.”

Just be honest, the reason you won’t leave money to your kids is because you don’t have any money to leave them. You spent it all on yourself and the few pennies leftover go to your monthly pharmacy bills (again, because you sold out the medical industry) for your Lipitor and viagra.

OH SAY CAN YOU SEE!!!

Boomers arent the responsible type you have been led to believe. Look at what happened when they became of age to run shite.

I don’t have an issue with leaving an inheritance, but what does your statement have to do with money?

I think his point is that the purpose of doing well with the time and resources you have is to put the next generation of your blood in a more advantageous position, which perpetuates (think of the Kennedy’s).

If you squander everything - lessons, values, traditions, money, property - then the next generation starts back at 0. If every subsequent generation starts at 0, your bloodline never really goes anywhere.

Asian families are great examples of doing it right: first generation came over on a boat and lived like paupers while working at a laundromat so their kids could go to college. Second generation takes advantage of their parents sacrifice by going to college and becoming a decently paid middle manager so they can save more money than their parents did and send their kid to med school. Third generation takes advantage of the lessons, money, and sacrifices from parents and grandparents and becomes a doctor who makes a lot of money and saves it so that his kid can become a billionaire entrepreneur. And so on.

Inevitably though, you get these boomer twat types or Arab sheikhs who blow all their inherited knowledge and wealth on gold plated lambos, which results in “undoing” the work the previous generations put in.

By viewing this as a zero sum game, you’re missing the point. Making a comfortable life for yourself if perfectly reasonable, running every account you have down to 0 and sticking your kids with the leftover debt and obligations isn’t.

There is no objection to spending your money on yourself. However, it is laughably stupid to not seize the opportunity and contribute to your bloodline’s flourishing by leaving something to the next generations. And hell, if you hate your kids so much, set up a generation skipping trust for the grandkids who are yet to be born.

What are you talking about?

The kids aren't on the hook for your debt. If you keel over still owing the mortgage, little Johnny doesn't have to start paying it unless he WANTS to.

As a generation, not individuals, they are the most selfish generation we've seen yet.

If you were in their position, would YOU leave your life's earnings to slackers and Millenials and Zoomers that hate you and everything you loved?

We are not selfish! I don't expect anything from my parents when my mom passes away. I was independent from my parents after college.

We've planned to afford to live without assistance of kids (or governmebt) when we can't take care of ourselves.

We gave our kids a college education. We've let them live at home longer than we ever lived at home.

It's all about not being a burden on anyone.

The younger generations want someone else to take care of them whether it be their parents or the government.

Our younger generation needs to learn how to save anyway.

What generation is that? Millennials? The ship has already sailed for them; most millennials have nonexistent savings and have no fricking clue how much you need to be able to retire.

the majority of them will die poor.
