Did he have a good OL when he was putting up 350+ in the first 3 games last year trying to keep up with the other teams offense because our D literally couldn't stop anyone

He went 1-2 against the worst part of our schedule.

He was very mediocre in the first half of the Miss State game and we had to play catch up all second half. When we got the ball in the 4Q with a chance to tie we went 3 and out.

Brennan had 4 chances to get our offense in the end zone from the 1 yard line at Missouri (2 passes) and he couldn’t do it.

He lost the chance to lead the 2021 team due to his own off the field actions.

Brennan is a significantly more talented QB

What are you basing this off of? Not their career numbers or pocket awareness. Just curious about the biased take

State and Missouri's defenses were as good or better than Florida's and Ole Miss who had the worst defense in the country

Johnson got lucky someone threw a shoe and then this past weekend was bad in the first half and again got lucky because State had an idiot commit a stupid penalty on a punt

He had the chance to put the game away earlier but missed an easy throw to Bech

Holy shite… our fans are something else.
I live in South LA and I can tell you LSU fans in general are the worst. Don’t get me wrong you have a percentage who know a thing or two. Overall though they are horrible. It shows on the scoreboard during games.

At this point if Brennan comes back at best it gives us a veteran option as a backup QB, which is great to have considering you are always one play away from having the backup come in. It also, may open up the play book a bit and allow Max to scramble and get yards with his feet like last year.

I didn't realize Brennan was also supposed to play defense as well?

He fought off the supernatural, the ghosts that shoved him down the stairs and the old Civil War generals, in full regalia, that stood over his bed watching him sleep. No, really, his mom said: The property — the one she’s standing on right now, on this sun-splashed Wednesday — is haunted, and the house was, too.
