Yeah so I’m not sure if you are aware but if a team trades up to a draft spot you can’t trade up ahead of them for a pick that has already passed. I know this is complex stuff but that’s how it works.

Pretty sure that KC didn't call the Saints and tell them they were about to trade up for a QB...
