Yes they look awful right now but in no way do you fire someone that hasn't even coached a full 12 game season

Yea I feel like college coaches should get at least 3 yrs just to get the players in. Barring any scandals or other off the field drama.

Florida State needs to drop football and return to being an all women’s college.

He won't get fired because of Covid last year and FSU is broke right now. He also has a great class lined up.

By all accounts, Mike Norvel is a legit head coach who knows his stuff. Speaks to the dumpster fire he was left. I don’t think they can hire anyone better right now.

If you've had 2 coaches in a row who were not able to be successful. Then at that point there is no point in putting pressure on the next to win immediately.

Give the coach an automatic 4 years. If at the end of 4 years, the program hasn't improved at all then when he picked up the job, then you can move on.

Trying to fire a coach every 2 years will never get you to being a winning program.

They would have to pay 3 coaches if they did this. FSU gonna have to ride this out.

Never liked the hire. He wasn’t ready for this. O line issues are still bad (they were bad under Jimbo).

Norvell deserves 10 years to fix the shite and trash that Willie left with.

They can’t keep firing coaches after 2 seasons.

At some point they need to at least try and give a guy time to rebuild.

They are becoming Nebraska, but more impatient.
