I have Entergy LA. Not Entergy NOLA. But we have the base rate, the fuel adjustment, and the storm charges.

The base rate is what is regulated by the state.

This is the main culprit making bills outrageous. Another byproduct of Beijing Biden assault on O&G. It all has a trickle affect
