I carry two passports whenever I travel internationally. I get extra attention from airport security, it doesn't matter what country I'm in.
Why carry 2? I think you do it just to look cool. Well it doesn’t look cool. It makes you look more Canadian. LOL

For one, if I go to Canada, I have to carry both. I am required to show the Canadian one to enter Canada and the U.S. one to come back into the states. I carry them elsewhere because I can, and you never know when an extra passport might come in handy. Trust me, it actually is a hassle because I get stopped for extra security screenings every time I travel internationally. I was paged over the intercom as soon as I landed in Iceland for an interview, luggage search and bomb swipe. I'm never allowed to check in online; I always have to check in at the airport desk. I had my backpack searched three times at the airport in Rome. Like I said, it's a hassle. But, if the shite hits the fan, I'll be munching poutine in Toronto.
