Exactly he needs to be calling plays, never thought I would say that.

McNeese showed LSU what a screen pass should look like. That was a thing of beauty. I’m sure it’s in the playbook somewhere.

Typical rantards. Run off what you later beg to have

this is peak rant. Wanting a coach back that everyone bitched about and screaming for the back up QB to play are what make this place special. The savior is always around the next corner.

I feel like they need to try to get to Boutte deep and early from here on out.

Man you are so right! This board and Tigerfan were merciless on Ensminger. I know 4 college coaches who had to defend E's offenses and they all said E was hard to defend and an excellent OC.

Wish he was back full time

No, Coach E is not consulting or coaching at LSU. He is not on the staff at all this year.

Or a damn wheel route…. Although to be honest, I don’t think Ensminger knows what those are either after watching him call plays. I was just happy to see someone go in motion Saturday night

False. He’s not one of the 10 formal assistants but he is employed as an analyst. He was on the sidelines in LA.

He’s allowed to interact with coaches during games (can’t with players) but he hasn’t had the headset on. For better or worse he clearly isn’t involved on game day.

Ensminger was average. He couldn't score a single point against bama even with Joe Burrow. It took Joe Brady's scheme to score against and beat the gumps.

I can’t believe y’all still think Coach E is helping in any way at LSU. He is NOT employed by LSU. He had enough when they brought in the inexperienced staff. People appreciated him too late. He is living in LA but not coaching.
