I have had mixed experiences with home warranty companies, but I currently have AHS, and they have been great. We live in an older house, and AHS has repaired a lot of major items for $125 (I pay a bigger call out fee for a lower monthly premium).
AHS recently bought me a new $3000 refrigerator after they couldn’t get the parts (COVID) to fix mine.
