It might be noted that these people know nothing about me save for what they know when I came here asking for "girl advice" and when I told them I wrecked my car. This is not 'knowing' someone.
I completely agreew ith you fwiw, which is why I want a new name to post about anything and everything unrelated to my personal life.

Dude, get the frick over it. Your online persona will not change even if your name does. What I would do is work to improve peoples idea of your current name.
