Bill Busch recruited and brought Burrow for starters. Dave Aranda is one of the best defensive minds in the game and O would have never fired him. Also Steve Esminger noticed Brady and begged O to hire him... fail much?

All of that may be true-but in the end-O makes the final decision on all of that-so call it a fail or whatever-none of them are here if O didn't want them-even Aranda!

After getting our asses handed to us in 2018 Bama game 29-0 Ed and Steve agreed shortly after that game that they had to get outside help to modernize our inept passing game. So I am not figuring out where your "Steve had to beg O to hire him" comes from.
