I supported the hire and gave him a pass because of divorce, covid, attrition…
But not this year…results are required to justify the ceo salary

Think about the absurdity of this premise. Hiring a head coach because he's "always" going to hire the best coordinators. It's a circular premise from the get go because if they are in fact, the best coordinators they're going to get plucked for HC gigs. So the entire structure relies on him continually making home run hires every few seasons.
