Haven’t heard specifically about Waggaman, but it can’t be too much worse than where I am. Just a river between us.

Power out (of course), trees and power poles/lines down in the original part of floral acres, including on houses/sheds. Fences down. No flooding that I'm aware of.
Can't get in touch with my elderly aunt in the newer area (Jeffer)...(I'm hoping it's just because she's on AT&T...)
