Nice clear review of Ivermectin Studies From a Pro Vaccine source.

Here is a very thoughtful review of two Ivermectin studies that show high efficacy, even at lower doses, in preventing hospitalizations and deaths. Higher relative doses showed higher efficacy.
The mechanism appears to be "competitive blockade", where the Ivermectin is blocking the receptor site. For this reason, it seems effective across variants.

What do you not understand, that the medicine is the same ? You would t get a horse to swallow pills so they made the SAME medicine into a paste. And get this , it’s apple flavored because horses like apples. Other than that as kind as you dose properly you will be fine.
