It is (that’s how they get them to location) but not in 100+ mph wind and 30’+ wave action. Would have to be ballasted down pretty deep. It sure what Shell’s process is for their TLPs.

Yeah I have some photos and videos of them brought on location, the conditions made me wonder if it would and all the work/expansions done to MARS over the years.
