TravelingTiger55 speaks the truth. I have lived both in N’Djamena and Luanda. EG from what I have been told is the best out of them all unless the Karoo basin ever becomes a reality in South Africa.

I have a bil that worked in Lagos for Exxon Mobil for 5 years.He worked in office mostly but when they went out in the field they were escorted by heavily armed guards in a convoy..
