Just do this - hopefully the capacitor is installed in a position that you can read the rating tag on the capacitor without having to loosen the capacitor holding strap and rotating it to read the tag. But just to be safe pull condensor electrical disconnect first before opening up the access panel.

This is true but also be aware of the connectors on the top of the capacitor--don't touch them without reading/learning how to properly discharge the capacitor as the nature of a capacitor is to store power (electricity) even when the circuit breaker is off or the electrical disconnect has been pulled.
Discharging the capacitor is not difficult, just don't skip this step.
