I think they’re trying to mix it up so we buy a New Jersey every year.
I love Flags and the NOLA Flag but this years city editions sucked.
Especially compared to last season’s Mardi Gras editions

I don’t think so. The new name/logo/scheme was all announced by the team through Rita in 2013 when she was VP of the team. Unless we’ve had a rebranding since 2013 that I’ve completely spaced on (very possible)

I was able to find a link referencing the choice of team colors. (Not to prove you wrong...but out of my own curiosity).

Yea I mean I think those would contend for the best unis in the NBA. I cant find any mock up of the shorts. I @ the Pelicans Twitter and posted those few photos telling them to drop the current city editions and do something outside the box.

Nah I dont want any Saints colors. People already think NO is strictly a football town, no need to add to it by having the basketball team copy the colors.

So with it being the NBAs 75th anniversary, most of the teams will be wearing special edition uniforms (home/away) to go along with the current three main sets. I should be seeing them within the next 10 days and will post. Most teams will be donning some form of throwbacks. Hopefully we see a nod to Bucs or Jazz.

I want them to Scrap the "New Orleans" across the Jersey and just go with "Pelicans".
