Calm down simpleton. I asked a simple question and your answer revealed a pretty narrow minded scope of reality. I guess you can't fathom a world where a person might be responsible for 400 people, a handful of which are not trustworthy even on their best day, yet they remain untouchable in the work environment.

It has absolutely zero to do with the way I conduct myself. It has everything to do with mitigating even a minute possibility of something going south unnecessarily.
