This is scary thing...the justification was that this language is common, not a big deal...language in the statute has been in place since 1993. I guess precedent has been set now. The constitution be damned.

Point still stands, we are subjected to this unless challenged, and if we do, the full weight of the parish/state will be brought down on you until the courts (possibly up to the Supreme Court) contrast this to the Bill of Rights.

As written it is very broad and all encompassing....but don't worry, I won't use it to take your house (even though I have the power to).

I agree. I've been telling family and friends...the way to take this country back systematically from the Commies starts at the local level. Two reasons 1. They have greater reach as they are closer to us but they are easier to take on than the feds

2. Once the take back is completed locally, it sends a message to the ones higher up in government.

Yep, this was part of his excuse. How did we survive prior to 1993?
