On average, twice a day in the freezer, either putting stuff in or taking stuff out to cook or heat up since I do a lot of cooking in bulk.
No, it's not that taxing to have a chest type freezer physically, just a PITA, especially when digging stuff out the bottom that is only about 6 inches off the floor.

With some ducks/geese. But I keep 3-4 bags of ice in it as well. Essentially the stuff I don’t use that often.
