It's not all or nothing. You don't need to go under before you reach the point that you lose enough money in the short term that you start lopping off the heads of anyone responsible in hopes that it stops the bleeding. No one likes losing out on profit.

they aren’t going to lose anything in the short or long term. the Chimes demand is inelastic. a professional race baiter who sat down with an agenda, isn’t going to stop people from going there. in fact, I’d go so far as to say that they’ll see a surprising uptick in sales. let’s revisit this in 6 months, shall we?

The thing that people that spend good money and leave good tips don’t like about chimes is the trash that comes in and ruins it for everyone else.

If less mouthy trash is there, more people will come to make up the difference.


Getting rid of garbage clients in favor of people that tip better and don’t complain about everything AFTER they have eaten it is a positive, not a negative
