I don't know what that lingo means, but I mostly meant the grilled taste in food. I get sick of it quickly. After a day or two on grilled food, I have to go back to indoor cooked food.

Love it, fish, chicken, veggies, steak etc .. using the flat side of the grill grates is a game changer on the bullseye (like a Weber 22inch)
