I was thinking about the SWB turbine and electrical upgrades or things like the airport build and eventual old terminal redo.

I guess you are correct. I was thinking about roadway projects.

The horrible part is that all of the roadway projects that are going on right now are monies from Katrina. Those federal funds have a deadline of 12/31/22 (I think). Meaning latoya is going to stop ongoing work, and the city will lose the unused federal Katrina funds.
