The crazy part to me is that this mandate is actually to protect the actual employee and not his or her coworkers.
They are telling employees that they will fire them bc they refuse to protect themselves from illness. That is crazy to me.
Also i would argue a reasonable accommodation would be increased testing/masking and not just unpaid leave.
On a similar note, my understanding is the the Postal Workers Union shut down Biden’s federal mandate pretty quickly or at least put a substantial obstacle in his plan.
