People that drive around like there is a quart of nitroglycerine sitting on the dash... driving everywhere 10mph under the speed limit. Come to damn near a complete stop when making a turn. GTFO the road or get on the shoulder.
People at 4way stop that got there first and sit there and wait for me to stop completely, then wait a couple of seconds then go.

My pet peeve is a little tricky to explain but I'll try.
You merge onto the interstate. The right lane is an exit lane so you have to get over. You turn on your left turn signal and check your mirror...and the guy in the center lane floors it so you can't change lanes.
Then after he's past you, he moves into the right lane.
Seriously, why not just get behind me so I can change lanes?

People who don't know that a car in the left lane has the right-of-way when merging into the right lane.
People who are too busy dicking with their cell phones to pay attention at intersections.
People who can't stop for stop signs.
People who drive in the left lane on the interstate and hold up traffic because they refuse to get out of the way.
People who are turning off of South Harrell's Ferry Road on to Jones Creek Road and stop at the intersection because there are cars turning left from South Harrell's Ferry on to Jones Creek. The former are not required to yield, but to keep moving. This really grinds my gears.

I’m always suspicious as hell of these frickers.

Someone in a line of cars that waves someone through that wants to turn left or get into the left turn lane across multiple lanes.
The person letting them through should be held at least partially at fault if an accident occurs.

Stopping at a round about like it's a 4 way stop..........sort of defeats the purpose in my mind........maybe I'm just different?

Idiots driving with their hazard lights on when it’s raining!

This situation is in theory only. It never actually happens. If you can't judge whether a vehicle is moving or not and you're worried about hitting someone, back up off extra space when driving in the rain.
It is illegal to drive with your emergency flashers on in Louisiana.
Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 32, § 327
C. Flashing lights are prohibited except on authorized emergency vehicles, school buses, or on any vehicle as a means of indicating a right or left turn, or the presence of a vehicular traffic hazard requiring unusual care in approaching, overtaking or passing.
LSP says it's difficult to see turn signals and brake lights when flashers are on, and the lights could cause other drivers to think the vehicle is stalled in the road.

I had a friend who would still be alive if one of those had been in place. Elderly gentleman driving a Cadi had a heart attack or stroke and came across the median and plowed into him on I-49. They say if the car had not hit him, it would have plowed into a van full of kids.
Sad story. He was on the way to get his son from school. His wife got a call from the school that their son had not been picked up. She had to detour t get there because of the traffic backup on the interstate that was the accident that killed her husband. Still makes me sad to think about it.

People who think they can wait till last minute to merge and think it's ok since they call it zipper merging. Don't speed up and try to squeeze in. Get out of here with that BS.

Driving slow in the left lane!!!
Stopping at a yield sign when there is a designated merge lane!!!
Rational anger—- when someone whips over in your lane at the last minute when the light is already red!!

Or the jackass that tries to pass in the right lane doing 85 when there is clearly no where for them to merge
I like to bait these guys. When I’m stuck behind traffic in the left lane and right lane passing isn’t an option but one of these idiots with zero depth perception or spatial awareness comes flying up in the right lane I’ll leave enough space in front of me so that they gun to pass me, but just as they’re about to rear end the car in the right lane I give it just enough gas to shut them out and force a right lane retreat back to the end of the line. It looks accidental, but then I make eye contact and laugh. People get fighting mad.

Near my office there is a right turn lane that backs up after 5pm for 100 yards some times. It's a Keep Moving lane that merges into a zipper merge.
It's the same people every day trying to get home. Some jerks are always trying to cut in line at the last minute -- and they actually get mad if people won't let them in.

Again this is another one where WTF would you get angry over this? If you are stopped in a line of traffic and someone needs to turn into your lane or whatever and you are at the point where they can come in, you are not doing something courteous. You are doing what should be done in traffic situations.
Way too many people DON'T do anything in order to let me (and many others) in somewhere, way too often. Too caught up in their own advancement on the road to even be bothered. With this in mind, it definitely isn't something that is done as commonly as you may think. Meanwhile...I go out of my way, slow traffic movement down for the rest, just to cater to this one worthless individual. If you do this for someone, they should give thanks. That is what SHOULD be done. You are just plain shitty if you don't. Shitty people make me angry. Don't be a shitty person and all is well!
