His plan was to take credit for the vaccinations developed by Trump's operation warp speed. He also planned to take credit for the inevitable rebound and gains in the stock market. He likes to take credit for things he didn't do.
But now that the chips are down, and people are getting sick again, we'll see if he actually has any leadership skills. I doubt it, and I can't stand him, but for the sake of the country I live in with my wife and kids, I hope he can deliver something.
