He did have a plan. The only problem is that his planned spread covid. His plan was to let ALL illegals come into our country unvaxxed, and with or without covid. None are required to wear a mask, then they spread these illegals allover the US, and now covid is spreading like wildfire. It is not the invaxxed like the MSM tells us. It is the illegals who already have it. They are spreading it to vaxxed and unvaxxed US citizens.
You were told the democrats did not care about US citizens. Now they have proved that true.
