The military suspending the constitution and removing people from office is called a coup. Warranted or not, it's EXTREMELY dangerous and we would be looking at a coup every 25 years.
It's a horrible idea even if the election was obviously stolen. That's a disaster. It needs to be handled by Congress or the courts
