From an "effort" standpoint, #RollClyde is way up there. I mean, if Clyde had gotten injured early, or been sick, that game is in question - that is how significant his critical stats were for the game.

Performance, though, Joe has probably half dozen games in the Top 20 for LSU football players, including OU which may be the most dominant performance by any football player against any opponent in CFB history.

If we just look at it:

29/39, 493 yards, 7 TD, 0 INT against a playoff team, ostensibly #4 Oklahoma.

We could have scored 100 points in that game - easily.

I disagree, if any of those things had happened the game would not have been in question. Bama would have won.

As great as Joe was in that game and all year, Clyde won us the Bama game.
