You do not. You can stay on course, which I recommend. There are no concessions on the par 3 course (at least not when I went in 11). Stay on course, post up at a par 3 and have some beers.

The par 3 is a shite show of humanity. You literally can’t move, take a piss, get a beer. It’s unique if you’ve never been and you wanna camp out and put a chair down go for it.

My recommendation….. find someone willing to plunk down $1500 for par 3s and buy some Mondays for half that price.

We sat on the side of the 5th hole on the Par 3 course in 2013. You can see 3 green, all of the 4th hole, and the 6th hole. Right behind you though the trees, there is a concession stand and restroom just a few yards away. It wasn’t super crowded at that spot. It’s also a narrow path between the gallery rope and the pond there so the players walk really close to you there. Arnie looked right at me and gave me a thumbs up. Something I won’t ever forget.
