I sat there tasting food and wine for my rehearsal dinner and that was a lot of fun. I can’t imagine the full experience wouldn’t be significantly better.
We did the wine cellar almost 10 years ago. That was a fantastic experience chatting with the chef and captain about their incredible food and wine. It didn’t have the hustle and action of the kitchen though.
