Just so we're all on the same page here, kids who aren't vaccinated need to wear masks so the kids who are vaccinated don't run the risk of getting the virus.

Furthermore, the kids who have the vaccine must stay away from kids who don't have the vaccine in case the unvaccinated kids have the virus.

Yup, so we are going backwards, even thought the masks have been proven to be useless and the vaccine is not dangerous for kids (or 99.89% of the population). And Hydroxy and Invermectin and several other drugs worked to combat covid that they told us did not work last year.

Didn’t they just finish building a brand new school?

High school opens in August. Then the rest of school is the next phase.

One of the biggest problems with kids wearing masks are that they don’t wear them properly and get them nasty as hell. This study seems to be relevant here.

Not only that, masks dont work. That's been proven/stated time and time again by experts. Masks have been and are being used as power/leverage. Bottom line

As a committed Catholic, I have to say that the Catholic Church has embarrassed itself from day 1 of this pandemic.

At a time where Christianity is counter-culture, a situation which demands the faithful either be courageous or be swept up into the culture, our shepherds are modeling cowardliness. Shame on them.

I suppose there is only so much we can do. My daughter's school hasn't yet announced what they are going to do about masks this coming year, but one thing I can do is stop any and all donations that are beyond the monthly tuition check I write. I can also stop volunteering for the multitude of fundraising campaigns they have on a yearly basis.

Treating the unvaccinated students different than the vaccinated ones is what pisses me off.

The kids are at an age where they are easily influenced by their peers and their self esteems are tied to acceptance.

My children will have to wear a mask, and I promise you that they will be ridiculed by the non-mask wearing kids.

These despicable motherfrickers (excuse my language, but it's warranted) are going to cause division among their OWN flock of children, teaching them to look at each other as unclean outcasts. It's sickening. Down with these POS Bishops.

Exactly zero people have injected doses of Covid into themselves.

My daughter has been working out at SJA all summer. No masks.

And for the record…. the idea of masking or vaccinating children is ludicrous. They are at zero risk.

Not the (mild) virus itself, just the bioengineered spike protein which causes inflammation and death in some people.

The Louisiana Department of health recently updated their COVID operational guidelines for schools for the coming year. Based on these guidelines and after consulting with local health and educational authorities, we plan to conduct a fairly normal school year without the use of masks (students will be allowed to wear Jesuit imprinted or plain masks), temperature checks, etc. Please be aware that if contact tracing is ever necessary due to a COVID exposure, current guidelines require that only students who have not been vaccinated will need to quarantine. Students will be asked to verify vaccination only in the event of a COVID exposure.

Send them to public school. If enough parents threaten to pull their kids they will cave. All about $$$$ with any religion based organization

St. Tammany school board voted unanimously to remove the mask mandate for both vaxxed and unvaxxed students

Gotta love the part of the letter that states if an unvaccinated child goes on an overnight trip with the school they have to stay by themselves while the vaccinated kids get to be with each other. How fricking awful is that? Kids are gonna be begging for the vaccine just so they can be around their friends.

Say a vaccinated kid gets sick. Then he or she tests positive for COVID but they say it's fine because he or she has been vaccinated.

Anyone see the problem here? This is a sick game being played on us.

I live in St. Tammany so I have no kids in school in EBR diocease

However, I just called St. Aloysius saying I do and complained, and am rolling on to St. George and St. Jude next

Update

Both St. Aloysius and St. George said the same thing

They said please call the Archdiocese directly and voice my displeasure, that their hands are tied but the principals are getting together to see what they can do

I think this is a situation where calling and complaining absolutely will work
