Looks interesting. Couple of comments/questions. Historically they do a lot of issuing of shares for money (can be good or bad, prolly good for buying mineral rights and tech), also they're into block chain world (forward thinking for 2017), and they PR'd a desire to be uplisted to NASDAQ (2018) which never happened (why?). I like the licensing agreement to start getting some money coming in. That could explode and provides some comfort that the tech IS special. I like they are going after the sweet sands in UTAH, sweet crude will sell at good prices in that area.If true this is good: " It is estimated that the total incremental cost of production, including subcontract mining, fuel, electricity, operating personnel and all expenses to extract a commercial petroleum product from oil sands ore is estimated to fall below US$30/bbl"

Keep in mind, their licensing only gives them 5% of the gross sales. Plus 2 M$ for each plant. (NOT the whole profit from the oil - that goes to the operator)

Business idea seems promising as was the unsolicited offer from Europe.

So, right now what is this 5% worth?

5% at 55 $/barrel (WTI minus transportation of 15) on say 5 KBD is $13,75 K$/day. Assuming some maintenance is required - let's day 80% reliability. So, 13.75 * 365 * 0.8 equals 4 M$/year. Then subtract say 25% for taxes and assuming an oil industry EPS of 12. I get a capitalization of 4 *.75 * 12 = 38 M$. If they get up to 10 KB this becomes 76 M$
