re: Beaver Creek… people suck

Beaver Creek has a good golf course superintendent. He's been there about four years and things have gotten progressively better each year. Increased demand (from COVID spurt or other courses closing) does not improve conditions, at least at BREC. Their budget is set at the beginning of the year and not going to change due to improvement in cash flow. More traffic there only makes the course worse.

And don't forget one really big thing... full sunlight. Beaver, for the most part gets full sun everywhere (except for a few greens on the back nine). It's amazing what a good superintendent can do when he doesn't have to battle shade and tree roots all day.
