Were some bad, bad men. Mafia is a misnomer. They were a loose collection of career criminals without a fixed heirarchy.

I thought I was going to love this one, but the podcast dude reminds me of Payne Lindsey, who gets on my nerves. He is trying too hard to use podcast voice, like Ira Glass. The affected pauses and cadence. I'm going to keep listening but it's distracting.

I miss Liar City. Awesome true crime stories with a much more original and engaging delivery/format.
