Trying to be an amateur psychiatrist and believes she knows “what everyone meant to say” when they say something harmless.
Example:
Her: Do you want to go to my mom’s with me after you get home from work?
Me: (brief pause while I am thinking if I have to get gas after work or not) ummm, sure.
Her: If you don’t want to go - just say so.
Example:
