Thanks guys.

Like most of us , I'm just looking for something sustainable and create more of a foundation in fitness.

No value in me doing 1100 calories , no alcohol, and getting a salad with no dressing after our daughter's soccer tournaments. I could do it for a while then yo-yo & burn out.

My buffer is sort of tightening in naturally with more energy, healthy foods tasting better, and cravings more related to fuel & recovery than social cues.

Small example, I drive a ton for work and would break and get fast food too often. Now I have a healthy option available in my car versus 1200 empty calories. Those are easy corrections so far + no desire to burn out.

I'll hit a plateau eventually due to overall
sub-optimal diet, age, and genetics but I'll reevaluate, work through it and correct.

I'm not really dieting at the moment, but holding steady at approximately 205 (6'). Abs aren't defined, but are showing. Chest is a lot more defined. Happy with progress. I'll do another inbody scan in a month or two maybe.
