This has been going on for the past year or so in this city, people shooting at each other in cars along the interstate and surface streets. It’s absolutely insane.

Google Maps gets it wrong but that's the address of the ghetto arse apartments that went up circa 2001-02 on West side of Siegen/Industriplex. They were section 8 before construction began. And It was dangerous delivering pizza there in 2003. It's only gotten worse.

It is BLACK MALES (and occasionally black females) who victimize their own.

That’s an important distinction that needs to be made every time we discuss this subject.
