is posting pictures/phone numbers of other people okay?

So once again people are using saved photos from their hard drive to post them in this thread. furthermore lsufan is postingwhat he thinks is my email as well as doing some serious stalking: LINK SFP is also offering my phone number which he got while he stalked my facebook ( a private account)
