Probably the biggest factor. I think the additions that go on top of the crust can make or break a pizza as well. I don't like toppings that immediately fall off the slice as soon as you pick it up. Sometimes people load it up with way too many chunky items and it's a disaster. Shitty cheese also ruins a pizza. Have you ever had that waxy cheese on a pizza? Fricks it all up. I like my pizza with a good amount of ricotta on it.
